During the training, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with various aspects of the implementation of the project. The topics were varied, including technical implementation, reporting, monitoring, contract modification, financial management, public procurement, as well as identifying common errors, irregularities and fraud. Furthermore, our participants were introduced to the work in the JeMS system, as well as the process of verification, information and visibility. Special thanks to the representatives of the Macedonian beneficiary, the Customs Administration, who played an active role in the training and contributed to the successful realization of the project.

This training is a significant step in the implementation of the project, which will undoubtedly contribute to the successful construction and rehabilitation of the "Klepalo" border crossing, as well as to the improvement of cooperation between Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
